At the workshop entitled “Using Omnichannels to build a brand in Malaysia” on Monday 8th September, Mr Qusai Sarraf, CEO of IVIS Group Ltd, will speak about the “5 practical steps to Omni-channel” and share from 20 years’ experience of transforming into customer-centric retailing.
He will also contribute to a panel discussion with representatives from Tesco, Clozette, Zalora MRA and the Bumiputera Retailers Association.
