Qusai Sarraf, CEO of IVIS Group, was interviewed for Berita, the magazine of the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce for their November-December issue All About Innovation.
“The need to differentiate, innovate and propagate your business is crucial to survive in today’s retail market” says Sarraf. “There’s a tendency to focus on technology when talking about innovation but people make it happen so it’s a combination of both that will ultimately decide whether new business models and initiatives work.”
“Creating good experiences is key to survival in today’s market. Clarity for the customer is vital - retailers need to work towards presenting a clear business model and an unconfused brand. People, processes and technology will all play a part in the innovation required to succeed in multi-channel retailing.”
